HAGIA SOPHIA Built like a cathedral of Constantinople in 537 converted to a mosque from 29 May 1453.Constantinople was conquered by the Ottoman Turks and Sultan Mehmed II ordered the building. Opened as a museum on 1935.Hagia Sophia is one of the greatest surviving examples of Byzantine architecture. BLUE MOSQUE Also called Sultan Ahmed Mosque, built between 1609 and 1616. Named Blue Mosque for the blue tiles adorning the walls of its interior.
HIPPODROME The Hippodrome of Constantinople ,Sultanahmet Meydani nowadays. was the sporting and social centre of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire. GRAND BAZAAR Opened in 1461, it is well known for its jewelry, pottery, spice, and carpet shops. It is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world.
TOPKAPI PALACE the official and primary residence in the city of the Ottoman Sultans for 400 years. Initial construction began in 1459, ordered by Sultan Mehmed II, the conqueror of Byzantine Constantinople.
SULEYMANIYE MOSQUE The Süleymaniye Mosque was built on the order of Sultan Suleiman I,Suleiman the Magnificent.It was finished in 1558.

DAY 3 : BOSPHORUS & TWO CONTINENTS TOUR
SPICE BAZAAR: one of the oldest bazaars in the city. Located in Eminönü, it is the second largest covered shopping complex after the Grand Bazaar. in the Spice Bazaar or Egiptian Bazaar you can find foodstuffs, snacks, nuts, tea, lokum, and of course, spices.
BOSPHORUS BY BOAT BOSPHORUS: Istanbul Strait or in turkish Istanbul Bogazi, it connects the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara.Two bridges cross the Bosphorus and you can see both of them during the trip.Besides you willl be able to admire the Dolmabahce Palace, Beylerbeyi Palace, Rumeli Fortress and residences along the Marmara sea.
BOSPHORUS BRIDGE: Also called the First Bosphorus Bridge, it was completed in 1973.Is one of the two bridges in Istanbul joining 2 continents and you will have the opportunity to go from one continent (Asia) to another (Europe) in a few minutes.
BEYLERBEYI PALACE: its An Imperial Ottoman summer residence built in the 1860s.
CAMLICA HILL: Situated near Uskudar, has a magnificent view of the city. It is the highest point in Istanbul from where you can admire the city, bridges,the Sea of Marmara, the Bosphorus.

DAY 4: FLIGHT TO IZMIR & EPHESUS TOUR
Transfer to the airport in Istanbul.

THE HOUSE OF VIRGIN MARRY: Located near Ephesus, approximately 7 kms from Selcuk. It is believed to be the last residence of the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus.
Transfer to Izmir Airport for the domestic flight to Istanbul.
